Adani Green Energy shares gain focus as Q2 profit doubles

Shares of Adani Green Energy are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, October 29, after the company reported a 111% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit for the September quarter, more than doubling its bottom line to Rs 583 crore from Rs 276 crore a year ago. Revenue from power supply rose 20% to Rs 2,776 crore, with operational capacity increasing 49% to 16.7 GW, the highest in India.
