Advent exits 2% stake in Aditya Birla Capital for Rs 16.4 billion

Advent International's affiliate Jomei Investments fully exited its 2% equity stake in Aditya Birla Capital through a block deal, selling 53.2 million shares at Rs 308 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 16.39 billion or $186.47 million. This marks the private equity firm's second stake sale in Aditya Birla Capital this year.
