PNB Housing Finance begins search for new MD & CEO following Girish Kousgi

PNB Housing Finance Ltd announced that Managing Director and CEO Girish Kousgi vacated office on October 28, 2025. Regulator approvals are being sought for his replacement. Executive Director Jatul Anand will lead the team until a new CEO is appointed. Kousgi resigned on July 30, and shares closed 1.01% higher at ₹937 ahead of the announcement.
