Apar Industries' Q2 profits jump 30%, shares surge 5%

Apar Industries Ltd posted strong second-quarter earnings, with consolidated net profit rising 30% year-on-year to ₹252 crore, compared with ₹194 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations increased 23% to ₹5,715.4 crore from ₹4,644.5 crore a year ago. Operating performance remained robust, with EBITDA growing 29.3% to ₹461 crore versus ₹356.5 crore last year.
