V-Guard Posts 4% Q2 Profit Boost

V-Guard Industries Ltd reported a 4% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹65 crore Q2 FY26, with revenue increasing 3.6% to ₹1,341 crore. Consolidated revenue for the first half of FY26 stood at ₹2,807 crore, up 1.3% year-on-year, while profit after tax declined 14.3% to ₹139.1 crore. Shares traded 1% higher.
