Sunteck Realty's Dubai arm acquires two subsidiaries

Sunteck Realty Ltd's Dubai-based subsidiary, Sunteck Lifestyles, acquires two subsidiaries - GGICO Sunteck and Sunteck Mas. The company signed supplemental agreements with its JV partner, Grand Valley, on October 27, 2025, to gain control over both entities. Shares of Sunteck Realty closed at ₹445 apiece, up 1.2% previously.
