Shriram Properties launches ₹700 crore project in Pune's Hinjewadi

Shriram Properties Ltd. inked a joint development agreement for a 0.7 million sq ft premium residential project in Hinjewadi, Pune, its second project in the city. The ₹700 crore project features 6.5 lakh sq ft of apartments and 1 lakh sq ft retail/commercial spaces. It will have a Sky Clubhouse with panoramic views, leisure amenities, and social spaces.
