SBI Life-owned NBFC releases ₹150 crore in non-convertible debentures

Paisalo Digital issued two non-convertible debentures worth ₹75 crore each via an exchange filing on October 30, with coupon rates of 8.45% for a 2-year tenor and 8.50% for a 3-year tenur. The debentures will be listed on BSE with an allotment date of November 6. The company will offer a coupon rate plus 2% per annum in case of delayed interest or principal redemption.
