TCS acquires HyperVault as wholly-owned subsidiary

TCS announced the incorporation of HyperVault Data Center as a wholly-owned subsidiary. TCS will invest Rs 7.5 crore as initial capital in the subsidiary, which will establish multiple AI and sovereign data centers. The company plans to build up to 1 GW capacity, involving over $6.5 billion investments, targeting data localisation and expecting stable annuity-based revenues in 18-24 months.
