Bank of America purchased 2.95 lakh Reliance Industries shares at Rs 1,475.5 each via a block deal, worth Rs 44 crore. This is at a 2% discount from the previous closing price. Reliance Industries reported a 10% year-on-year growth in Q2 net profit at Rs 18,165 crore, despite PAT missing the estimated Rs 18,643 crore. The company's revenue from operations rose 10% to Rs 2.59 lakh crore.
