NSE and BSE closures in November, a list of trading holidays

Indian stock market holidays are as follows:- November: Closed on Wednesday, November 5, for Prakash Gurpurb Sri Guru Nanak Dev. December: Closed on Thursday, December 25, for Christmas. This year, the Indian benchmark indices have gained almost 7% on a year-to-date basis. The BSE Sensex has risen 7% while Nifty 50 has risen 8.5% this year to date. Analysts predict a further upside in the market.
