Titagarh Rail Systems wins ₹2,481 crore Mumbai Metro line 5 deal

Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd received an order valued at ₹2,481 crore from MMRDA to design and supply advanced metro systems for the Mumbai Metro Line 5 project. The scope includes rolling stock, signalling, and maintenance. Production will happen at TRSL's facility in Kolkata, and the project is expected to be commissioned within 217 weeks.
