Zepto now offers zero handling and surge fees on all orders. Its "All New Zepto Experience" campaign includes zero handling fees, zero rain and surge fees. The minimum order value for free delivery is ₹99, with ₹30 delivery fee on orders below ₹99. This approach differs from Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, that charge handling fees ranging from ₹4 to ₹9.8, delivery fees of ₹30 on orders below ₹199.
