Westlife Food sees Q2 profit boost due to one-time gain

Westlife Foodworld Ltd reported a ₹28 crore net profit for the September quarter, an increase from ₹36 lakh last year. Revenue rose 4% to ₹642 crore. The profit was boosted by an exceptional gain of ₹58 crore, but operating performance softened with EBITDA falling 11% to ₹67.3 crore and EBITDA margin declining to 10.5%.
