Nuvama announces stock split and interim dividend

Nuvama Wealth Management announced a 1:5 stock split and an interim dividend of Rs 70 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Record date is November 11 for the interim dividend and a later date for the stock split. The interim dividend will be paid on or before December 3. The company's Q2 net profit saw a 1.4% drop at Rs 254 crore, with a 7.6% jump in revenue to Rs 1,138 crore.
