Hexaware Acquires Another Company Under Carlyle's Control

Hexaware Technologies is acquiring CyberSolve for $66 million in cash. The deal, which includes 100% of CyberSolve's entities, will bolster Hexaware's AI-led cybersecurity capabilities and strengthen its presence in the IAM market. Hexaware will pay $34.5 million upfront and the remaining $31.5 million based on future performance.
