PNC Infratech sees massive Q2 profit surge amidst revenue drop

PNC Infratech reported a 158.5% YoY surge in net profit to ₹215.7 crore for Q2 ending September 30, 2025, despite a 21% drop in revenue. EBITDA fell 29.1% YoY to ₹252.6 crore, and the EBITDA margin narrowed to 22.4%. The company completed a sale and has a proposed acquisition of Jaiprakash Associates Limited approved by the Competition Commission of India.
