Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL) acquired Muuchstac for ₹450 crore. Muuchstac's founders, Vishal Lohia and Ronak Bagadia, will continue to run the business with GCPL's support. Muuchstac scaled up from ₹10 crore in 2023 to an expected ₹80 crore revenue with an EBITDA of ₹30 crore through a micro-influencer marketing model with minimal advertising spend.
