Muthoot Finance shares surge 10% on strong Q2 results

Shares of gold financer Muthoot Finance jumped up to 10% to a fresh record high of Rs 3,725 on BSE on Friday morning, driven by a 87% YoY profit rise to Rs 2,345 crore in Q2, and a 10% spike in gold loan AUM. Total income rose to Rs 6,461 crore, and the company raised its AUM growth guidance for FY26 from 15% to 30-35%.
