BDL shares surge on Q2 earnings, Rs 2,100 cr defence deal

Bharat Dynamics Ltd's (BDL) shares surged 7.2% to Rs 1,628.60, following Q2FY26 earnings which showed a 76.2% year-on-year rise in Profit After Tax (PAT) to Rs 216 crore and a 110.6% revenue growth to Rs 1,147 crore. BDL received a major Rs 2,095.70 crore contract from the Ministry of Defence for Invar Anti-Tank Missiles.
