Voltas shares decline 3% after Q2 PAT drops 76% to Rs 32 crore

Shares of Voltas Ltd fell 2.9% to a day’s low of Rs 1,298.20 on Friday after the company reported a 76% year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 32 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, due to margin pressure and operational headwinds. Total income declined 11.5% YoY to Rs 2,412 crore, with the flagship Unitary Cooling Products division posting a loss.
