MRF reports healthy Q2 results, declares ₹3 dividend

MRF Ltd's net profit for the September quarter rose 12.3% to ₹511.6 crore. Revenue grew 7.2% to ₹7,249.6 crore. The board approved an interim dividend of ₹3 per share. EBITDA rose 12% to ₹1,090 crore, with margins expanding 60 basis points to 15%. The stock rose 22% so far in 2025, currently trading at ₹1,58,410.
