IHCL acquires 51% stake in Atmantan resort for ₹240 crore

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has entered into a Share Subscription cum Purchase Agreement to acquire about 51% of Sparsh Infratech Private Ltd, owner of the health and wellness resort 'Atmantan', for around ₹240 crore. The enterprise value is ₹415 crore. The transaction is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025, entirely in cash.
