Sebi to discuss panel's conflict report next month

Sebi chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey will consider an expert panel report on conflict of interest regulations at the next board meeting on December 17. The report recommends greater disclosure, a zero-tolerance culture, public disclosure of assets, a whistleblower system, and a ban on expensive gifts, to address conflict of interest among senior officials.
