IRB Infrastructure sees surge after securing ₹9,270 crore NHAI project

IRB Infrastructure Trust received a Letter of Award (LoA) from NHAI for the TOT-17 bundle covering 366.096 km in Uttar Pradesh. The Trust will pay a ₹9,270 crore upfront fee, operating for 20 years. The award increases the Trust's asset portfolio by about 20% to ₹65,000 crore. Shares of IRB Infrastructure closed 1.53% higher on Friday at ₹43.
