GMR Power Q2 results: ₹888 crore profit on 31% revenue growth

GMR Power and Urban Infra Ltd reported a 249% rise in net profit to ₹888 crore in Q2 FY26, driven by a 30.8% year-on-year revenue growth to ₹1,810 crore. The company's EBITDA margin declined to 20.1% and its board approved a ₹2,970 crore corporate guarantee for refinancing its subsidiary GMR Kamalanga Energy Limited's existing credit facility.
