Godrej Properties to launch ₹22k-cr properties in H2 FY26

Godrej Properties plans to launch ₹22,000 crore worth of housing units for sale in the second half of the fiscal year to capitalize on strong consumer demand. The company met 47% of its launch guidance and 48% of booking value target in the first six months, with pre-sales increasing 13% to ₹15,587 crore.
