Amber shares gain focus post Shogini buy

AMBER Enterprises acquires majority stake in Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd. The PCB manufacturer supplies various sectors, including automotive, medical and defence. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Amber's bare PCB vertical and leadership position in the domestic PCB segment. Shogini's facilities will support Amber's growth, along with its JV with Korea Circuit and existing facilities.
