Blackstone to sell stake in Mphasis soon

Blackstone is preparing to sell a significant stake in Mphasis through a block deal, gauging investor appetite for the sale. Blackstone currently holds 40.1% in Mphasis and sold 15% in February for nearly ₹6,700 crore. Shares of Mphasis slipped 3% after the announcement. Mphasis reported steady second-quarter numbers with 2% constant-currency growth.
