Infosys introduced an AI-first Global Capability Centre model to help enterprises set up and transform captive centres into tech and innovation hubs. The model uses Infosys' agentic AI stack, includes AI-led transformation capabilities and talent development programs, and offers operating models such as BOT and partner-hosted options. Client examples include Lufthansa Systems and Danske Bank.
