Blackstone to offload ₹4,600 cr stake in Mphasis

Blackstone will sell up to 9.5% of Mphasis through block deals, with a floor price of ₹2,570 per share, a 4.4% discount to Monday's closing price. The deal size is approximately ₹4,626 crore, with a 180-day lock-in on further selling. Blackstone's stake in Mphasis has decreased to 40.1% as of the September quarter.
