Emcure Pharma sees 2% stake sale by BC Investments for ₹493 crore

BC Investments (Bain Capital) is likely to sell up to 1.97% of Emcure Pharmaceuticals equity through a block deal at ₹1,296.51 per share, a 7% discount to the closing price on November 17. The deal size is up to ₹493 crore with a 90-day lock-in period. Emcure reported 25.1% year-on-year net profit rise in Q2 ended September 2025.
