GQG Partners increases holdings in five Adani Group companies

Rajiv Jain-led GQG Partners invested ₹5,094 crore in Adani Group companies. The fund increased stakes in Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone, Adani Green Energy, Adani Energy Solutions, and Adani Power through block deals. GQG Partners held stakes of 1.75-2.46% in these companies as of September 30, 2025, with the majority of investments valued at over ₹1,000 crore each.
