Infosys' Rs 18,000-crore share buyback window opens tomorrow

Infosys will open a share buyback window from November 20-26, buying back 10 crore shares at Rs 1,800 each, worth Rs 18,000 crore. The buyback price represents a 19% premium, marking the company's largest buyback. Small shareholders, with holdings up to Rs 2 lakh, will get a 2:11 ratio, while general category shareholders will get 17:706.
