Adani spins off 13% of AWL Agri Business to Wilmar

Adani Commodities sold a 13% stake in AWL Agri Business Ltd to Lence Pte Ltd for Rs 4,650 crore. This is part of a broader stake sale planned earlier, in which Wilmar will buy 11-20% of AWL Agri Business for Rs 275 a share. The deal requires approval and completion of conditions; CCI has granted approval on November 11, 2025.
