Godawari Power invests ₹125 crore in GNEPL via shares

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary allotted 124.95 crore preference shares at ₹10 per share on November 18, 2025, for a battery energy storage system with an initial capacity of 10 GWh. The shares were issued on a rights basis. Q2 results showed a 1.5% rise in net profit to ₹161 crore, with revenue increasing 3.2% to ₹1,307 crore.
