Mahindra Holidays invests ₹1,000 crore in leisure hospitality

Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd. approved a major expansion into leisure hospitality at its November 19, 2025, board meeting. It will invest ₹1,000 crore through a new subsidiary Mahindra Hotels and Residences India Ltd. The company aims to become India's number 1 leisure hospitality player with 10,000 keys, a refreshed brand identity, and a luxury brand, Mahindra Signature Resorts.
