Sammaan Capital shares surge after CBI probe clarification

Sammaan Capital Ltd shares jumped 9% from Rs 151 to Rs 164, after the company clarified that no regulatory body has any ongoing inquiry related to allegations of irregularities. The Supreme Court noted no wrongdoing by the company, directing an FIR to be filed against its erstwhile promoter Sameer Gehlaut over alleged quid pro quo with borrower groups, with all loans repaid.
