Globus Spirits to raise ₹500 crore, FPI limit to increase to 20%

Globus Spirits Ltd.'s board approved raising up to ₹500 crore in one or more tranches through QIPs, preferential allotments, or private placements, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder consent. Shareholders are also required to approve increasing the Foreign Portfolio Investors limit to 20% of the paid-up equity capital.
