ITC delists from Calcutta Stock Exchange

ITC completed voluntary delisting of its shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) effective November 20, 2025. The shares will remain listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. CSE, one of India's oldest bourses, decided to back out after years of regulatory issues and agreed to voluntary delisting.
