GPIL invests ₹124.95 crore in Godawari New Energy expansion

Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd's subsidiary Godawari New Energy Private Ltd has allotted 12,49,50,000 preference shares at ₹10 each, amounting to ₹124.95 crore, for capital expenditure and working capital needs for a 10 GWh Battery Energy Storage System Plant. The funds were raised through a rights issue to support the long-term expansion plan.
