Amazon to Pay $2.5 Billion to Eligible Prime Members

Amazon is sending $2.5 billion in payments to eligible Prime members as part of a settlement to a 2023 lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission. Eligible customers signed up for Prime between June 23, 2019, and June 23, 2025, and used no more than three Prime benefits in any 12-month period.
