IndiGo completes ₹7,294 crore investment in IFSC unit

InterGlobe Aviation Limited approved a ₹7,294 crore capital investment in IndiGo IFSC through equity and preference shares. The funds will be used for acquiring aviation assets and enabling aircraft ownership. This investment will be made in FY26 in multiple tranches for IndiGo IFSC, which reported ₹289.9 crore turnover and ₹11.1 crore net profit in FY25.
