Tata Chemicals to expand two plants by ₹910 crore

Tata Chemicals approved investments of ₹1,910 crore to expand capacities at its Mithapur and Cuddalore plants. The Mithapur expansion will increase dense soda ash production by 350 ktpa while the Cuddalore expansion will increase precipitated silica production by 50 ktpa, meeting growing demand in sustainability, rubber and automotive tire industries.
