Signature Global expects Rs 14,000 crore launches in FY26

Signature Global plans to launch 8 million square feet of new residential projects in Gurugram by end FY26 with a combined GDV of Rs 13,000 crore to Rs 14,000 crore, with 3.5-4 million square feet in Sector 37D and another project in Sector 71 in Q4 FY26. The company will aim to position most launches in premium and mid-income housing categories with prices between Rs 2 crore to Rs 4 crore.
