DCM Shriram Industries sees increased trading on demerger day

DCM Shriram Industries shares trade ex-demerger on December 24. Under the restructuring, the company will split into DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals, DCM Shriram International, and the residual entity. Shareholders on record date December 26 will retain one share in DCM Shriram Industries and receive one share each in the two new companies in a 1:1:1 ratio.
