Vijay Kedia purchased 1,37,794 shares of Mangalam Drugs And Organics for Rs 33.27 lakh at Rs 24.15 per share as a 1.5% premium over the Friday closing price. The shares rallied 5% to Rs 24.96 after the bulk deal, with the stock down 80% from its 52-week high of Rs 124.89 and having a market capitalisation of Rs 39.51 crore.
