PFC set to launch ₹5,000 NCD issue on January 16

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) plans to raise ₹5,000 crore through a 15-year NCD issue with a 7.3% coupon rate. The base issue size is ₹500 crore with a greenshoe option of ₹4,500 crore. Tranche I opens on January 16, 2026, and closes on January 30, 2026, with NSE as the Designated Stock Exchange for the Issue.
