Coal India to sell 15% stake in BCCL within 6 months

Coal India plans to list its subsidiaries by 2030, starting with Central Mine Planning and Design Institute's IPO in March, and disinvesting 25% stake in BCCL, Mahanadi Coalfields, and South Eastern Coalfields. The company aims to unlock value from its assets and has already divested 10% stake in BCCL, with the remaining 15% to be sold within six months.
