Vijay Kedia acquires fresh stake in Advait Energy Transitions

Vijay Kedia acquired a 1.14% stake, or 1.25 lakh shares, in Advait Energy Transitions for ₹18.4 crore in Q3. The company received a ₹33 crore domestic order, and its shares jumped 9.5% to ₹1,487. Ashish Kacholia also holds a 2.06% stake, valued at ₹33 crore. Advait Energy shares are down 40% from their July 2025 peak of ₹2,419.
